I've trained and taught internal alchemy for years. I even went to the mystical mountains of Wudang in China to learn it. But these days I keep it for myself.
It's actually a part of it's own.

A few years ago, a friend and I recorded an online course of internal martial arts. It works great, it calms the mind and gives you vitality. Everyone should know these moves. I keep my practice private now.
